Instagram has a policy of being harsh on automated tools, such as automated bots that like and follow people. The app also has a strained history with automatic posting tools. With fewer bots, you're going to get fewer likes. Don't be alarmed if there's a sudden decline in engagement.
Only you can see the posts you've saved. When you save someone's post, they're not able to tell that you've saved it.
- Publish evergreen content. The first strategy to increase your Instagram saved posts is to publish evergreen content.
- Ask people to save your post.
- Check Instagram Insights.

Instagram does not notify someone when you save a picture or video that they have DM'ed to you; only if you have screenshotted the image or video. It does not notify the person if you screenshot the chat either.
Tap Settings. Select Account from the menu. Scroll down to “Switch Account Type” Choose “Switch to Personal Account”
Whether you're screenshotting (or screen recording) a story, a post, or even a reel, Instagram does not notify the other user that you have screenshotted their content. But, when you screenshot a disappearing photo or video sent to you via direct message, Instagram does notify the sender of the message.
Go on the photo that you'd like to check, and tap 'View Insights'. Instagram will then show you a breakdown of the number of times the photo has been saved, as well as the number of users it reached and the number of profile visits you received off the back of it.
From there, enter Airplane Mode by swiping down from the notifications bar to open the Quick Settings menu, then tapping the airplane icon. Just like iOS, you're free to view and take a screenshot of the photo without the sender finding out once you've gone into Airplane Mode.
Well, Instagram mainly doesn't allow users to know who saved their Instagram post. This can violate the privacy of people who saved your post. That's why you will only be able to see how many users who saved your post.
Once their profile appears below the search bar, tap their profile picture to anonymously view their Instagram Stories in a feed format. You will then be able to watch it within your gallery, without the Instagram user knowing you're viewing their Stories.
Unfortunately, there is no way to find who viewed your Instagram profile or account or find an Insta stalker visiting your profile. Instagram cares about users' privacy and does not let you track your Instagram profile visitors. Thus, it is not possible to check an Instagram stalker.
