Deceased Characters. Wilson - Wilson died on the last episode of Friday Night Dinner series 5, Wilson's cause of death is unknown although he may have been ill as he spent his last day defecating in Martin Goodman and Jackie Goodman's flowerbed. He was also buried in the flowerbed.
I don't know why – it [Wilson's death] just came to me. I wanted to surprise people, and shock them.” He added: “I just wanted to shake things up, really, and just do something shocking and interesting, something that you didn't expect was going to come.”
Jim could be on the autism spectrum, or he could just be an odd duck. It doesn't matter though, because the character (on the hit drama comedy) is a bloody riot!

At long last, in episode 1 of the new series, we finally got our first glimpse of the new addition to Friday Night Dinner. In typical fashion, Jim's inventive nature came up with the name Milson for his new dog who is a Great Danoodle, a cross between a Great Dane and a Poodle.
Jonny had a girlfriend called Alison. However, no one in the family has ever met her. In "Congratulations" Jonny arrives home and announces he's got married to an American called Lisa.
Where is Friday Night Dinner filmed? Each episode is set inside the family home which is actually a real house in Mill Hill, North London. Other featured locations, such as the Chinese restaurant and pub, are in the surrounding area.
Catchphrase: Jackie affectionately calls Adam "bobble", while any girlfriends Adam and Jonny may (or may not) have will be called "females" by Martin.
Alison. Jonny's unconfirmed girlfriend mentioned only in season 1. She was always unable to visit, which makes the family think she isn't real.
