Unlike with Facebook, there is actually a way to get some information on how many people are viewing your profile or your tweets. Go to Twitter's analytics page and log in with your Twitter account. You'll see something like this. You can see that in the last 28 days, I've tweeted 52 times.
Each account needs to have a different username, but they can all be linked to the same email account if you use Gmail. If you prefer to use two different email addresses to keep your Twitter accounts separate, you can always set up a new and free account via Gmail, Yahoo, or another online service.

How to protect your Tweets

Tweets with sensitive content are normally hidden from searches, but you can enable them if you prefer. To do so, go to the Twitter website and click menu > Settings and Privacy > Content Preferences > Search Settings. Uncheck “Hide Sensitive Content” here.
To open the Settings app

See, delete, or export passwords
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app .
- To the right of the address bar, tap More .

- See, delete, or export a password: See: Tap View and manage saved passwords at passwords.google.com. Delete: Tap the password you want to remove.
Open the Settings app. At the top, you'll see your Apple ID profile picture and name. Tap on this block. Here you'll see an overview of your Apple ID account including access to Apple ID info such as Name, Phone Numbers, Email, as well as Password & Security, and Payment & Shipping.
If you get an error message when trying to save changes to your account settings, it could be due to one of the following: A fake verification mark (check mark symbol) in the name or bio field. Remove the check mark in order to save changes.
On an Android device, touch the three-dot "Menu" icon in the top corner of the official Twitter app and select "Settings." Touch the name of the account you want to change and remove the check mark from the "Tweet Privacy" check box.
How to block a Twitter account
- Go to the profile page of the account you wish to block.
- Click the more icon on their profile page.
- Select Block from the menu.
- Click Block to confirm.
