When you have access to Dendemille Town, Sycamore will approach you beside a house. That house, which is near the Pokemon Center, is the house where the Move Deleter is. Talk to him and he will delete one of your Pokemon's moves.

Zubat Number 7 is one of Rusty's many Zubats that he has caught. This particular Zubat met an unfortunate end when Rusty tried to teach it Surf, even though Zubats cannot learn that move.
If you want to create a super-powerful Nidoqueen, be sure to raise it all the way from a female Nidoran. Then teach it Toxic, Earthquake and any of the powerful elemental attacks like Blizzard, Thunder or Surf. The key to kicking butt with a Nidoqueen lies in the selection of its moves.
If you are a longtime Pokemon fan, chances are you have at least heard of the Surfing Pikachu, a rare version of the regular Pikachu which knows the move Surf. However, this has all changed with Pokemon Sword & Shield, as any Pikachu can now learn Surf by using TR04, which can be obtained from Raid Battles.

Wally will battle the player near Victory Road's exitRSORAS/entranceE. In Pokémon Emerald, Wally can also be rematched near the exit. Players will need Strength, Rock Smash, and Surf to make their way through the cave. Flash and Waterfall, while not required, make traversing the cave easier.
