The best location i've found for farming Mageweave is the northspring harpys (and variations of) in north-western feralas (40,12) - ruins of ravenwind. They are from level 48-51 or so and drop 1-3 mageweave about 80% of the time or better.
- Thousand Needles.
- Badlands.
- Stranglethorn Vale.
- The ogres of the Alterac Mountains around the Ruins of Alterac also drop a decent amount of silk.
- The Barrens.
- Ashenvale.
- Hillsbrad Foothills.
- Arathi Highlands has the very strange Stromgarde Keep.
Farming Death's Step Putrifiers and Death's Step Miscreations at Eastern Plaguelands is probably the best place to farm Mageweave Cloth if you can't solo Zul'Farrak or Stratholme. These mobs are in pack of three and the place is designed in a way that there is always at least 3 pack of these groups up.
1: Raw materialJust like cashmere, there are many different types of silk, the price can vary from $8 to $80 /yard. The price differences depend on silk farms and how they manage their silk supplies. Organic silk tends to be more expensive as the price to manage sustainably may be higher.
Silk is a natural fibre made by the silk worm cocoon. The cloth from silk can be made into rugs, bedding, or can be used to write or paint on. In the past, silk was used to make parachutes. The practice of growing silkworms for silk production is called sericulture.
Best place to farm Wool Cloth is on the road east of Greenwarden's Grove in Wetlands. There is a fight going on there between Dragonmaw Whelpstealers and Ebon Slavehunters. Both of these mobs are hostile and drop Wool Cloth, and their respawn rate is extremely quick.
From Astranaar in Ashenvale, head east to the point where the road branches to the north. Take the north fork into Felwood. Along the road, the Cenarion Circle have set up a camp with a flight path available.
Horde players can learn Artisan Tailoring from Daryl Stack in Hillsbrad Foothills at Tarren Mill. He's in the building directly to the East of the Inn. Alliance players can learn Artisan Tailoring from Timothy Worthington in Dustwallow Marsh at Theramore Isle.

It is suspected that ages ago Thousand Needles was once a small inland sea, or perhaps even an inlet of the Great Sea. The cause for the sea's evaporation could be attributed to the sundering, which tore the ancient Kalimdor cleanly in two.
- Exit Orgrimmar through the main entrance (the one on the southern end).
- Travel SW across Durotar until you see the bridge then cross into The Barrens.
- Follow this road west until it dead ends into another road then turn south and follow that road all the way to Thousand Needles.
Just follow the path/torches that run south from Mudsprocket. They wil lead you over the hill and into 1000 Needles.
Silithus forms the south-western corner of Kalimdor. It can only be reached by travelling to the north-western corner of the Un'Goro Crater, where a wide path extends out of the crater and into Silithus.
Wool Cloth can be found as a drop from any number of low to mid-level humanoids and also from skinning sheep.

To get to BRD, enter Blackrock Mountain from either southwest Searing Gorge or northwest Burning Steppes. If you enter from Searing Gorge, climb up on the giant chain that appears to your left and go down onto the big rock suspended in the center. Follow the stairs down and exit downwards onto the chain at the bottom.
There are many places to farm Felcloth in Azeroth and Outlands, but the most effective place to farm Felcoth would be in Swamp of Sorrows right above Splinterspear Junction in the small area towards the cave and pond to slay the demons called Misty Grell.
