Well, he didn't do it himself. The nefarious sorcerer T-Ray (who has his own bones to pick with Wade Wilson) cursed Deadpool using a cosmic artifact given to him by Thanos. As a result, Deadpool was unable to die, which prevented him from joining his lover in the afterlife.
Thanks to two extremely successful R-rated films, Deadpool was one of Fox's most successful properties before the merger. Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige hasn't confirmed that Deadpool will be part of Avengers 5, but he has said that the movie is happening with a whole new lineup of Avengers.
Disney, which already owns the Pixar, Marvel and the Star Wars brands, will now also get Deadpool and the Fox-owned Marvel characters such as the X-Men and Fantastic Four, allowing for the full Marvel family to be united.
Disney has not confirmed the film is even happening, so a release date for Deadpool 3 remains a mystery. In November 2019, we learned Disney has a ton of release dates reserved for upcoming Marvel features, as reported by CNET, including some notably vacant 2022 and 2023 slots. They are: February 18, 2022.
While he's famous for his beastly claws and manly sideburns, Wolverine's primary mutant power is his accelerated “healing factor.” His body can regenerate damaged or destroyed tissue faster than is possible for ordinary humans. Wolverine don't care.
Prostate cancer is cancer that occurs in the prostate — a small walnut-shaped gland in men that produces the seminal fluid that nourishes and transports sperm. Prostate cancer is one of the most common types of cancer in men.
Deadpool: NO (yet)
Deadpool is a Marvel Comics character whose movies are loosely connected to the X-Men universe, which means his film rights are also owned by Fox. "Deadpool 2" starring Ryan Reynolds is coming to theaters in May 18.Superhuman strength
According to Marvel's official database, Deadpool has a strength rating of four, which means he's able to lift between 800 to 50,000 pounds. You wouldn't know it just by looking at him, however. It has been revealed that at the time his healing ability was given to him, Deadpool suffered from some form of cancer; after the healing factor was given to him, it made his normal cells as well as his cancerous cells unable to die, giving him a heavily scarred appearance beneath his suit.
Deadpool was created in the same program (Weapon X) that laced Wolverine's bones with adamantium, with Deadpool (government name Wade Wilson) being given the same healing factor that Wolverine has, making him damn-near impossible to kill (we're talking full regeneration, even after being decapitated).
Disney Plus is a more focused offering. Even though Disney now owns Fox, for example, that doesn't mean you'll start seeing Deadpool swearing on Disney Plus. There's talk, however, of a PG-13 take on Deadpool 2's X-Force for the platform (via ComicBook).

While Deadpool and the Avengers: Endgame cast are all part of the same Marvel universe, they have never appeared in a movie together — yet. For now, the comic anti-hero of Wade Wilson remains separate from his more serious Marvel counterparts, except in fan-made creations like this video, of course.
The short answer is yes, Wolverine can die and has many times in the comic books. Wolverine's first foray into the afterlife came in 1981 when he was killed by a robot called a sentinel in the Days of Future Past series. The sentinel's energy blast melts the flesh off his body so it cannot regenerate.
But while Wade's healing factor could stop the disease from spreading, it doesn't cure him. During Deadpool 2, he's fitted with a collar that blocks his accelerated healing, causing him to become sick again after his tumors return.
In September and October 2014, the "Death of Wolverine" storyline began after a virus from the microverse turned off Wolverine's healing factor, allowing his enemies to be able to kill him.
Deadpool becomes infatuated with Death after he has a number of near-death experiences. During the Funeral for a Freak storyline, Death appears to reciprocate the feeling, and a jealous Thanos prevents Deadpool from dying and joining the entity by cursing him with immortality.
Being a hero is not important to Deadpool, and part of Deadpool's audience attraction is his antihero status. This choice may be Deadpool's character, but there are no narratives or social consequences for his actions related to the literary tradition which spawned Deadpool.
Because Deadpool was diagnosed with cancer at the time of the Weapon X experiment, his cancerous cells regenerate just as rapidly as his normal cells, making his entire body look heavily scarred (and possibly wreaking havoc on his brain chemistry).
In the episode "Venom", Doctor Octopus creates the Venom Symbiote from a sample of Spider-Man's blood. After it escapes from its creators, it temporarily fuses with a number of characters: Flash Thompson, Nova, Power Man, Iron Fist and finally Spider-Man.
Distributed by 20th Century Fox, it is the eighth film in the X-Men film series and the first standalone Deadpool film.
Reynolds got $2 million in base salary for starring in the first “Deadpool” two year ago, while the actor also reportedly received several million dollars more in bonuses after that movie set box-office records.
During the film, the Juggernaut explains that he wears his helmet because it deflects the telepathic powers of his wheelchair-bound brother.
Movies get R ratings from the Motion Picture Association of America for all kinds of reasons: strong and frequent language, violence, nudity, sexual content, drug abuse. “Deadpool” is rated R for graphic violence, graphic language, graphic nudity, graphic sexual references and graphic sex — a sex montage, in fact.
