Designer and HGTV host living off the grid in Creemore, Ontario. Season 1 aired in Spring 2018 on HGTV. A year later the work she did on turning the century-old home at 217 Mill St., into a modern, off-the-grid property is evident in Season 2, which is currently on air.
The Baeumlers own 100% of the hotel, which consists of 18 hotel rooms, 22 oceanfront villas, a full-service restaurant, clubhouse, spa, in-ground pool and bar, they told TheWrap.
A quick peek at Bryan and Sarah's Instagram accounts reveals that the Baeumer family successfully completed their resort renovation project. The Caerula Mar Club, which consists of 18 suites and 6 private villas, opened in February 2020. Conde Nast Traveler quickly dubbed it one of the best new hotels of the year.
HGTV fans watched married couple Bryan and Sarah Baeumler renovate a rundown resort in the Bahamas. They bickered along the way but based on their respective social media accounts, the Baeumler are still together. The family of six even shared a one-bedroom villa as renovations got underway.
Baeumler worked from 1995 to 2003 running an air-cargo business. After working as a builder, he founded a construction company, which became Baeumler Quality Construction and Renovations Inc., of which he is president and CEO. Bryan's TV production company is Bryland Entertainment.

They started filming Island of Bryan (as it was initially known) in 2018, and the Baeumlers planned to open the resort in May of 2019. Still, the Baeumlers officially opened Caerula Mar Club (the resort's new name) in the winter of 2019.
Bryan and Sarah have not had any recorded break-ups or divorce. At the moment, they are living happily with their children in Canada.
