There were 2 zones in Telangana state before 29-August-2018. Bifurcated from AP state as ZONE-5 and ZONE-6. Adilabad, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Khammam, Warangal districts come under ZONE-5. Medak, Rangareddy, Nalgonda,Mahboobnagar, Hyderabad districts come under ZONE-6.
Telangana, the 29th state of India, was formed in June 2014, with Hyderabad as its capital. The state was formed as a result of the split of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh state.
Hyderabad was known as Bhagyanagar or Bhagnagar after the name of Bhagmati who is a local dancer. Quli Qutub shah ,the founder of Hyderabad fell in love with her and named the city after her name. Later Bhagmati was converted to Islam and given a name Hyder Mahal . So the city is renamed after her name as Hyderabad.
Cyberabad refers to the area of Hyderabad, which hosts all the IT companies. There is no physical address or area called Cyberabad, but it's more of a word to refer to the area in a way that gives a hint of it's specialty.
Hyderabad is considered one of the safest cities in India, but it can still get pretty dangerous at times. The modern Hyderabad is pretty much westernized and women-friendly, but other parts should be avoided.
Hyderabad is known as the Nizam City because of the Niza s rule. But it is also known as City of Pearl because of trading in pearl and diamonds, many of the ity s traditional bazaars, including Laad Bazaar, Begum Bazaar and Sultan Bazaar, have remained open for centuries.
Currently only Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata are considered Metro cities. Other major cities such as Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad which have considerable amount of employed people who stay in rented homes are not in Metro city list.

Hyderabad known as the city of Nizams, is an attractive tourist place. Hyderabad located on the Banks of River Musi, is the largest city and the capital of the state of Andhra Pradesh. Hyderabad is home to many traditional and ancient markets and the famous Hyderabadi biryani.
In terms of area, Bhadradri Kothagudem is the largest district with an area of 7,483 km2 (2,889 sq mi) and Hyderabad is the smallest with 217 km2 (84 sq mi). Hyderabad district is the most populated district with a population of 3943323 and Kumarambheem Asifabad district is the least populated with 515,805.

Telangana gets two new districts. Two new districts, Narayanpet and Mulugu, were created Sunday in Telangana taking the total number of districts in the state to 33.
