If there is a third part to 'The LEGO Movie', it is certainly not going to happen anytime soon. The franchise is already working on multiple spin-offs that will be released within the next two – three years.

Chris McKay, the director, had announced in December 2018 that they are working on the sequel to the spin-off and the second part is supposed to be released in 2022. But in 2019, Universal Studios got the film rights over The Lego Movie series, so as of now, the release date is quite uncertain.

Yes and no. The film's directors have openly acknowledged that there's a connection between the two films and that the goal is to build an interconnected "Lego Cinematic Universe".
The movie is therefore not recommended for children under five years, with parental guidance recommended for children aged 5-8 years. The main message from this movie is that everyone is special if they just believe in themselves and their own special abilities.

The After movie sequel is officially on the way. Author Anna Todd confirmed on May 19, 2019 that After We Collided is now in the works. Anna Todd tweeted “we're getting a sequel guys” along with a photo of the script, dated April 24, 2019. As of September 2019, After We Collided has officially wrapped filming.

The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part will not be coming to Netflix. With the production company being Warner Bros., the rights to show the movie will automatically go to HBO under the current agreement. That doesn't mean the movie will never ever come to Netflix. It just means it won't arrive in the near future.
