The connection with the Chromecast Audio is through your wi-fi network rather than over Bluetooth. For those who already have an audio group with two Cast-enabled devices, such a Google Home and a Chromecast Audio speaker, you can add a Bluetooth speaker to that setup at the expense of a Google Home.
