Take a scrapping certificate or certificate of destruction from the scrap yard dealer on his letterhead. With the scraping certificate, and registration documents, go to the RTO where the vehicle was registered and ask them to de-regester the bike. Inform the insurance company about the de-registration.

Some Goodwill centers take bicycles, but others don't. Generally, if a Goodwill has the physical space to handle bicycles and the logistical means to get them into salable order and set them up on display, then it shouldn't have a problem accepting your donation.

You could get like $14 for the motor. The rest of the steel is coated or galvanized, and you need about 100 pounds per 4–6 bucks, so not much at all, like 'pennies'. The drum, if stainless steel could bring some money but would amount to less than the motor.
