If you're suffering from chafed skin, and don't want to wear an undergarment, there are other options available. You can try leggings or tight-fitting athletic pants, such as yoga pants, which are a comfortable option to use while the skin heals. Many sportswear brands use moisture-wicking fabrics.
Preventing thigh chafing
Wear loose pants and shorts to prevent inner thigh constriction and sweat. Dry off your skin regularly when you sweat, especially after being outside in high heat and humidity.
