Certain foods and drinks have different 'syn' amounts on Slimming World, for example, a Freddo would be 5 syns. Fresh Orange Juice was working out at around 2.5 syns for 100ml and it just wasn't worth it. You are allowed between 5-15 syns a day.
Volvic have bought out a range of syn free still natural mineral water drinks with natural flavourings and sweeteners, they are suppose to be the healthier version to their touch of fruit range. The water is available in six different flavors: Apple and Elderflower.

Many members swap high-Syn drinks like lager and cider for long glasses of lower-Syn spirits and diet mixers or white wine spritzers. This way you can enjoy three or four alcoholic drinks across the evening, with Free glasses of diet Coke or slimline tonic in between.
With diet it would have been 4 syns – with normal lemonade it's a painful 9 syns (when a pint of beer is only 8 syns!) But it was so nice and actually I had enough to spare, so I didn't mind too much.
