While both cards have the same Turing TU116 GPU sitting at the heart of them, the Ti's 6GB of faster GDDR6 memory means it can chew through game data a lot faster than the non-Ti version's 6GB of GDDR5 memory. However, the one area where the GTX 1660 trumps its Ti sibling is its GPU's base and boost clock speeds.
So, you end up with a GPU that offers even more stunning graphics while maintaining the same value. Since most GPUs are much pricier, the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Super is the company's answer for those wanting to get solid 1080p gaming without dropping that much cash on one component.
So the fact that the same core in the 1660 can benefit from not only faster video ram but overclocking it as well drives home just how limited Turing is by memory bandwidth. Even the 2080 to super transition was just a small core clock bump and mostly memory bandwidth increases.
Bearing in mind what the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Super can do, it becomes clear when this card is the right choice. If you're just trying to do some casual gaming on a basic 1080p monitor or TV, then the GTX 1650 Super is an affordable option that should be able to keep up in current and past titles.

The Nvidia GTX 1650 is a good card for playing older titles and slightly newer titles in the 2010's. It is a more powerful version of the GTX 1050 however it will not age well with the majority of graphics in games getting better and better.
A 1650 is not really the best in its class so I'd say it's usable till somewhere around 2 years tops. If your budget allows I'd suggest a 1660ti since it's around the top 3 10 series cards so it should last you around 3 years.
Graphics card memory amount: Critical. Get a card with at least 4GB, and preferably 6GB or more for gaming at 1080p. You'll need more memory if you play with all the settings turned up or you install high-resolution texture packs. And if you're gaming at very high resolutions such as 4K, 8GB or more is ideal.
