These stones are worth 200 gold when valued individually, but together they form a "set" that is worth far more. But you need to get into the Thieves guild to meet her and to do that you need to do the market place "quest" and to do that you need to talk to Maul. After completing the quest Diplomatic Immunity, the Thalmor Embassy front door is locked, requiring a key to enter. This video shows how to use a Wooden Bowl and the Whirlwind Sprint shout to pass through a wall outside, allowing you to re-enter the Embassy through the back door.
The final chamber of Ansilvund Excavations is reached through a puzzle room with pillars. The key (Hawk, Snake, Whale, Snake) can be found directly below each one on the ground level, obscured by weeds and other obstructions including behind the table.
There is a locked door at the center of the first floor that leads directly into the party hall. Use another wooden plate on the door. Again keep running into it until the other side of the door can be seen, then immediately use Whirlwind Sprint to enter the hall.
Entrance to Kagrenzel. The map shows that the path continues further beyond the waterfall. By climbing the rocks opposite the opening (in the east corner of the room) and then using the Whirlwind Sprint shout, it is possible to reach the top of the waterfall. At the end of the corridor there is a passage to Kagrenzel.
