Other than these basic resistances, as of all armors, Hellcat Armor has a 42% damage reduction and a 90% Radiation Damage reduction as well. Unlike every other set of power armor, you only need steel, plastic and aluminum to repair it, even legs. Yes ultracite is stronger, but I'll take 8 less armor for the sale of being able to repair for barely any resources, any day.

In saying that, yes! Fallout 76 is certainly worth the price of admission, which is quite low these days, depending on where you shop. Leveled frames spawn with T-45 pieces at levels 1-13, T-51 pieces at levels 14-20, T-60 pieces at levels 21-27 and X-01 pieces at level 28 and above. The upgrade level of armor pieces also increases within these ranges, e.g. T-45b armor will spawn starting at level 11.
