To activate Call Screening:
- Lift the receiver and listen for the dial tone.
- Press *60.
- A menu of options will guide you through this feature. The prompts will allow you to activate and deactivate the feature, and add, delete, or review the numbers on your list.

- On your Android device, open the Voice app .
- At the top left, tap Menu. Settings.
- Under Calls, turn Screen Calls On . If you don't want to screen your incoming calls, turn Screen Calls Off .
Correct Way to Screen Business Calls
- Coordinate With Your Boss. Ask your boss for a list of people whom should always be put through.
- Use a Script. Don't let callers know they're being screened, or it could lead to bad feelings.
- Facilitate Good Service.
- Be Pleasant.
The less information you give when screening calls, the better. Simply say, "She is unavailable" or "He is not available." Do not tell callers the person requested is in a meeting or at lunch. At best, they will want you to interrupt the meeting; at worst, they won't believe you.

Google has started rolling out transcriptions for Android's call screening service (via 9to5Google). The Call Screen feature uses Google Assistant to answer the phone on your behalf to screen calls from unknown numbers.
You can register your numbers on the national Do Not Call list at no cost by calling 1-888-382-1222 (voice) or 1-866-290-4236 (TTY). You must call from the phone number you wish to register. You can also register at add your personal wireless phone number to the national Do-Not-Call list donotcall.gov.
The first of our receptionist call screening tips is to avoid making it obvious that you're screening callers. Don't make it clear to the caller that you're evaluating whether or not to put them through to their desired party; no one likes to feel that they're being blocked.
The notion of call screening is entirely modern. It never used to be rude to answer – it was rude not to. The onus of politeness, in those days, was on the caller. So how about this: only call a mobile if you really need to.
Google Call Screen is easy to use. Enter an Android feature called Google Call Screen. Instead of taking the call yourself, you can have Google Assistant answer it for you, talk to the person on the other end and provide you with a real-time transcript. You then can decide if you want to take over or end the call.
To enable/disable this feature, tap on the gear icon on the bottom right for settings then tap on "Call Screener." You can then tap on the toggle to enable or disable the Call Screener.
You can choose to tell the caller you aren't available, ask for more information, or pick up the call once you know it's a legitimate caller with whom you want to speak. Call screening is only available for the Google Pixel and select Android phones.
When Anonymous Call Rejection is activated, callers hear a message telling them to hang up, unblock delivery of their phone number and call again. Your phone will not ring unless the caller removes the block.

Call Screening : allows you to hear when a caller is leaving a message on your answering machine. You can then choose intercept the call or let the answering machine record the message.
The phone numbers those you screened will appear here, you can remove by-options-> delete. Add to screen list means that the calls from that person is "screened" or more precisely set to an ignore state.
