start>online>players look at your player and on the bottom of your stats, there will be your crew rank inside the emblem area or something.

Benefits of Crew MembershipJoining a Crew is a fast way to level up and improve your Reputation -- more Reputation means a higher Ranking. Crew Members are easy to spot in game lobbies and via the Interactive Menu through their Crew Tag. Members of a Crew also receive special cosmetic bonuses.

Answer: JP or Job Points are earned after completing Jobs while online. Different quantities of Job Points are earned based on how well you performed during the course of the Job. These points are used to decide who wins a Playlist and help determine what Jobs are played within a session.
Go to the Social Club website: and log in.
- Click on the Crews tab at the top of the screen.
- Click Create a Crew, found below the image at the top of the page.
- Choose your Crew type and enter the Crew details. Then click SAVE THIS CREW.
- Your Crew has been created.
Why can't I put my crew emblem on any clothing? The only things I can think of is if you're not a high enough level in the actual crew or you need to unlock the crew achievement (I think you need to complete a job with 3 or more members of your crew).
The easiest (legitimate) way to earn RP and money in GTA Online is by doing missions. Missions are a co-op job-type. To get into a mission quickly, press up on the d-pad to bring up your phone, then go to the Quick Job app (it's on the left in the middle).
It looks like crew emblems can be applied to any plain colored top that is not a suit jacket or a vest. So as long as the item of clothing you are looking at doesn't have stripes, and isn't a suit jacket or vest, you should be able to add your crew emblem to it.
On your crew page, it will show all of the emblems published to your crew. Find the one you want and mouse over it. One of the options will be 'set as crew emblem'. Click and enjoy.

- Make your self a Crew on the SocialClub website and Find a image you want.
- Once done editing your picture make sure you save it as 512x512 png image and save it to your desktop.
