Bows aren't necessarily good weapons, nor are they bad, it's fairly average, but definitely usable! Here's a build to help you build up your bow build in Fallout 76!
Fallout 76's Legendary Perks are all unlocked by default but their dedicated slots only become available once your character reaches certain thresholds. A total of six Legendary Perk slots can be unlocked by reaching levels 50, 100, 150, 200, and 300 with a character.
Respec will only be available once you make it beyond level 50 (which is post-game leveling, and there is no endgame content). On top of that, you will only be able to respec one attribute at a time, and you will have to do it instead of taking a perk that level.
Bloody Mess is a Perk Card in Fallout 76. This Perk has 3 ranks with increasing cost in Luck. To use this Perk Card your character has to be at least level 42. 15% bonus damage means enemies may explode into a gory red paste.

The Bloody Mess perk increases the overall damage you do. At the first rank, you do 5 percent more damage, at the second rank 10 percent, and at rank three you do 15 percent more damage. Most perks that increase damage do so for a set group of weapons; like the Master Guerrilla perk for automatic pistols.

You get a perk card pack, each containing four random perks, every two levels until level 10. After that, you gain an additional pack every five levels. With each level you also get to select any one perk card you want.
To use V.A.T.S. in Fallout 76, players will need to find an enemy to shoot and then press the V.A.T.S.button. On PC, the Q key activates the system, on Xbox One and PlayStation 4, it is left bumper and L1, respectively. This means that while the targeting system is activated, everything is moving at the same speed.

As stated above, you will be given a Special Stat increase every time you level up, right up to level 50. You start at level one with seven Special Stat Points and you will keep earning them until you hit level 50. In total, that's 56 Special Stat Points.
The final rare weapon we've found is the Alien Blaster, which has featured in all of the modern Fallout games. This gun isn't particularly powerful, but it is extremely rare, which makes it the perfect weapon to show off to your friends (and enemies).

- Purchase the plan from Brotherhood of Steel Vendor bot Phoenix in Watoga Shopping Plaza.
- Rarely dropped by deathclaws.

The only way to get legendary modules is to purchase them from Purveyor Murmrgh, a merchant who is located at The Rusty Pick. This miner's tavern can be found in the southwest corner of the map, in the "Ash Heap" region.
You need the plan for it from the Encryptid event, then you need to have better luck than winning the lottery to get a Fixer from the Purveyor and then have it roll as a bloody one.

The best power armour set by far is the Ultracite power armour, which boasts a whopping 453 damage resistance between all its parts, as well as 393 energy and radiation resistance, minus the chassis.
