How to tag someone on Facebook when their name doesn't come up
- You can't tag someone who doesn't have an active Facebook profile.
- You can't tag a person who has blocked you or has turned off tagging.
- You can't tag a person in a group if they're not a group member.
To edit a video on your Page:
- From your News Feed, click Pages in the left menu.
- Go to your Page.

Facebook Page Tagging for PostsWhen you are using Facebook as a Page, you are able to tag other Pages in a post or comment. A Page cannot tag people (Pages don't have friends). However, if you switch to using Facebook as yourself, you can tag your friends in posts and comments on the Page's timeline.
If you're an admin:
- From your News Feed, click Pages in the left menu.
- Go to your Page.
- Click Settings at the top of your Page.
- From General, click Tagging Ability.
- Click to check the box next to Allow others to tag photos and video published by [Page name].
- Click Save Changes.

How to tag someone in the Facebook mobile app
- Click the icon of a figure with a tag near it.
- From the menu that appears, select "Tag People." You can also select this before you even start typing out your status.
When someone mentions you in their story, your username is visible in their story, and anyone who can see it can tap your username to go to your profile. If your account is set to private, only your approved followers can see your posts. Stories you're mentioned in don't appear on your profile or in your tagged photos.
