Discharge damages all Pokémon except the user in Double Battles and has a 30% chance of paralyzing each of them. In Triple Battles, Discharge damages all adjacent Pokémon.
The best moves for Ampharos are Charge Beam and Zap Cannon when attacking Pokémon in Gyms. This move combination has the highest total DPS and is also the best moveset for PVP battles.
Silver Wind (move)
Silver Wind deals damage and has a 10% chance of raising the user's Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense and Speed by one stage each. Stats can be raised to a maximum of +6 stages each.Skill Swap is an ability swapping Psychic-type move. Skill Swap exchanges the Abilities of the user and the target. If a Pokémon affected by Skill Swap is switched out, it regains its original Ability.
Psychic Terrain creates a low-lying psychic field lasting 5 turns, that prevents grounded Pokémon from being hit by high-priority moves (such as Quick Attack or Sucker Punch). Psychic Terrain is a terrain condition and can coexist at the same time as weather conditions, but not other terrain conditions.

Harvest can recover Berries consumed by Fling and Natural Gift; however, Harvest cannot recover Berries transferred to another Pokémon, Berries destroyed by Incinerate, Berries knocked off with Knock Off, or Berries eaten with Bug Bite or Pluck. A single Pokémon's Harvest will not activate more than once per turn.
Role Play replaces the user's Ability with the target's Ability. Role Play bypasses accuracy checks to always hit, unless the target is in the semi-invulnerable turn of a move such as Dig or Fly.
That move copies all the stat changes your opponent has done. Like if a Pokemon used swords dance, and you use that move, you'd get your attack raised also. Psych up- is how to spell it.

TM57 teaches a move to a compatible Pokémon. TM57 is: Charge Beam in Generations 4-7.Description. Charges power to boost the electric move used next. The user charges power to boost the Electric move it uses next. The user boosts the power of the Electric move it uses next.
Obtaining this power-up allows Samus to charge beam energy into a single, powerful beam blast. Hold the B button to charge and release it to fire. Charge: The charge item allows you to charge your beam and send out a super-powerful blast.
