BRP(Bombardier Recreational Products) has entered into an agreement to be sold to Polaris(Polaris industries) for an undisclosed sum. The deal may still face a few regulatory issues however both sides expect it to be a smooth transition.
All of these quads are pretty good machines. If you can try them on a test ride or a demo days in your area give them a ride and see what you think of each machine. All ATV are good , but Cam AM has the rep for the most power per cc.

In short, the Can-Am excels at higher speeds, thereby making it the faster of the two vehicles. However, the Polaris is a more of a true all-terrain vehicle. If you're looking for a UTV for all types of terrain, the RZR is the better option.
Reliability is fine. It isn't class leading, but they are solid machines, more so when they're stock than when highly modified, but that goes for anything.
