I like working for Walgreens because it provides great compensation, great benefits, and a great working enviornment. It's a fun place to work and a great culture. They have a high turn around rate because of the low pay and many tasks they want you to complete with little to no manpower for help.
They can be flexible with hours if they have the necessary staff to do so. Always make sure you give them your availability at the earliest possible. This is kind of like the first come first served rule. Yes, flexibility was something I embraced as a SM for CVS.
