The Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) is an American public broadcaster and television program distributor.
For cable users, Comcast subscribers can continue to find the OPB PLUS channel on 310 and it will be offered on Bend Broadband channel 775. All other cable subscribers across Oregon and southern Washington should check with their cable provider to determine if they offer OPB PLUS.

PBS is a private, nonprofit media enterprise owned by its member public television stations. PBS distributes programming to nearly 350 locally owned and operated public television stations across the country and is funded principally by these member stations and by CPB.
The show says it airs at 6:30 there, which would set it apart from every other market in the Pacific Time Zone by not airing at either 7:00
or 7:30.

On Wednesday here in Portland Oregon, I noticed that the Decades TV Network was unceremoniously dropped and another channel in its place. The move was orchestrated by the CBS Network, and they made the unilateral decision to replace Decades with Start on all their owned and operate CBS stations.
Try aiming the antenna in a different direction and re-scan for channels. The antenna may not be very good. It's suspicious that an over the air antenna would mention 4k UHD which isn't available over the air. If the antenna is passive an active amplified one might work better.

An HDTV antenna allows you to pick up local channels, and several others, for free live TV. With an HDTV antenna, you can pick up over-the-air (OTA) broadcast channels such as ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, CW, PBS, ION and many others.
With digital over the air TV, not only will you get NBC, ABC and CBS, but you will likely get the CW Network and many other stations for free. On average, cord cutters who use an over the air antenna get about 48 channels for free. Most flat-screen TVs work with the new digital over the air.
Due to an FCC mandated Repack, if you currently receive KATU over the air, you will need to rescan your television set on or after October 18, 2019 in order to continue receiving the signal over the air. If you receive via cable or satellite, the channel you watch will not change.
