After clearing IPCC I group,you are eligible to enroll as article assistant & if you are both group cleared then you have to register yourself for ca-final also. Conversion is completely optional up to May 2019. They can switch to the Revised Scheme by making the payment of Conversion charges of Rs 1000/- (US$50).
