Cardboard balers are one of the most useful recycling equipment designed in the recent time. Cardboard balers are basically equipment in which cardboard is fed. The press installed within the balers helps to compress the cardboard. The compressed bales are tied off before it is released.
Bailers are tied to a piece of rope (usually made from nylon or polypropylene) or a piece of wire (composed of Teflon or stainless steel) and lowered into the water column. Safety Tips for Operating a Baler to Prevent Injury

An affected employee is someone that must stand by until the lockout/tagout procedure has been completed. OSHA 1910.146 defines permit-required confined spaces, and ANSI Z245. If a machine that is baling cardboard jams, an authorized employee must lockout and tagout the baler to loosen the jam.
To tie baling wire, you should take a hook, wrap the wire around it and spin the handle to twist the wire in a loop. You then take the free end, pull it through the loop and wrap it around itself to tighten the hold wire.
