Starting today, Adobe is making its interface design software free to anyone in the world. The XD CC Starter kit includes desktop and mobile versions of Adobe XD, a program that enables designers to create and share prototypes of websites, apps, and other user interfaces.
Adobe XD currently doesn't offer an option to generate CSS code or pre-processors like Less, Sass, SCSS, or Stylus.
However, there are only a limited number of ways you can export the designs from the software. You can either choose to save them as an XD file and hope the developer already has the software installed on his system or export each artboard as an individual PNG file which can be a bit inconvenient to use.
Adobe XD is the Adobe prototyping tool for user experience and interaction designers. Adobe XD features are used for creating wireframes, prototypes, and screen designs for digital products such as websites and mobile apps.
Adobe XD uses a super easy and efficient interface, a style that it inherits from the companion application in the Creative Cloud package. It provides prototyping tools for different platforms, including websites, mobile phones, tablets, and more.
As usual, follow the instructions given on that page first, which are required by Adobe's servers. However, it is not yet clear as to how to successfully run the downloaded XD installer without using the Creative Cloud Desktop app, which is no problem in all other cases for CC.
Sketch and Adobe XD are traditional desktop apps — built for designers to work in isolation and share their designs when ready. Figma, on the other hand, was built for collaboration in mind, more like Google Docs for designers. In Figma, multiple users can work on the same document at the same time.

Adobe Creative Cloud. Adobe Creative Cloud is a set of applications and services from Adobe Inc. that gives subscribers access to a collection of software used for graphic design, video editing, web development, photography, along with a set of mobile applications and also some optional cloud services.
You will have to use Dreamweaver to convert your design in Adobe XD to a website. Adobe XD is a prototyping tool which allows you to create your initial design without code. After your design is ready, you will have to export your assets and recreate your design in an HTML editor.
