It's less than 48 hours since you bought an app or made an in-app purchase, you can request a refund through Google Play. You bought music, movies, books, or other content, you may be able to request a refund after more than 48 hours (check policy below).
Return money
- Open the Google Pay app .
- On the transaction you want to return, tap Details.
- Tap Decline. If it says "Completed," you can't return the money. You can try to send the same amount back to the sender instead.

To request a refund on an eligible order:
- Go to Your Orders.

You must approach your bank branch where you maintain account which is linked to ATM card with the slip / message that account debited but cash not disbursed.
