The truth is, you don't need a Google mail account to leave business reviews on Google. So, that could mean YouTube, Google Play, Google Drive, Gmail, or a Google mail account of another kind. Whether you have an iPhone or an Android, you can leave a Google local review without having Gmail.
There is no way to turn off, hide or remove reviews. You can flag the review in your dashboard and wait 3 business days to see if Google removes the review. You should reply to the review asking them to contact you so that you can work out a resolution offline.
Respond to negative and positive reviews
Responding to positive feedback is a way of engaging customers and revealing more about your brand personality to other consumers. While it's not critical to respond to every positive review, we highly recommend responding to every negative review, which we'll get into later. In the top left, click Menu (3 horizontal lines). Look for Your contributions, click, and then choose Reviews. Next to their review of your business, click More (3 dots). Choose an option (edit or delete) and follow the instructions.
Step 1: Ask your customers to provide you with a Google review (from their smartphone or desktop) after you have completed your transaction with them. Step 2: Tell your customer how they can leave you a review; they can search for you on Google and click on the 'reviews' link followed by 'write a review'.
Head to “Your Contributions” and then pick “Reviews.” Find the review that you want to delete in the list under Reviews. Click on the “More” icon (the three dots, one above the other). You can then choose to either edit the review that you left or delete the review.
Click on the primary account and select anonymous account. It is located at the bottom of your profile. Click on the other drop down arrow in the upper corner of the left hand side. This will help you to get the business you would like to review on Google+.

A good review is about the book, not the author.
Focus on the writing, on the treatment of the topic, on the characters, on the storyline, on the research, on the facts, and so on. Don't make judgment calls about the author's faith, intelligence, relationships, parenting skills, parentage, or whatever. Here's what to do with a bad review to get it working for you:

The Google Maps App is available on Android and Apple devices and works pretty much the same way on both. The key is the user MUST be logged into their Google account via the app in order to leave a review.
If the problem isn't the listing, then the issue might be in the reviews themselves. However, GMB users don't have as much control in terms of user-submitted feedback. The best option is to tell customers about best practices when writing any form of feedback.
Sometimes, one person will use multiple Google accounts in order to leave more than one review for the same business. However they decide to do it, using multiple accounts to leave multiple negative reviews about one experience with a business is against Google's review guidelines and should be flagged for removal.
