If you're using the extended desktop mode with ClickShare for the first time you will be prompted to install the ClickShare Extension Pack. After the installation, you should be able to extend your desktop using ClickShare. Note. The Extended desktop functionality is only supported on 64-bit versions of Windows OS.
Connecting through a USB dongle

ClickShare is Barco's wireless presentation and collaboration system, that allows any meeting participant to share content on the central meeting room screen.
And also ensure that you are using the correct password when login to the ClickShare WiFi and ClickShare webUI. The default WiFi password is clickshare (all lowercase). The default user credentials (username/password) for the WebUI are admin/admin (all lowercase).
First, connect your Android device (phone or tablet) to your ClickShare Wi-Fi network.
- Go to Settings, then Wi-Fi and select “ClickShare” from the network list.
- Login using the default password clickshare.

ClickShare launcher is software that makes sure that the ClickShare Client is started automatically as soon as the ClickShare button is plugged into the computer. The ClickShare launcher can be downloaded and installed from the barco.com website.
Go to Applications > Utilities and open up Activity Monitor. Scroll down until you find your application. Highlight it and click the "Quit Process" button in the upper left. Now it is no longer running and can be deleted from your computer.
How to Uninstall on a Mac
- Exit the program you want to delete.

- While docked with the Projector on and visible, ?rightclick? any empty area of your computer's desktop, and then click ?Screen resolution?.
- Click the ?Multiple displays ?dropdown list, and then select ?Extend these displays?. Click ?Apply?.
Pairing using the base-unit
- Insert the Button in the USB port at the front of the Base Unit you are using. After a little while, both the LEDs of the Button and the LEDs of the Base Unit will blink white.
- Wait until the LEDs stop flashing and are a constant white or red.
- Unplug the Button.
Follow these steps if the ClickShare Button Manager cannot connect to the Base Unit.
- Check the IP address/hostname of your Base Unit.
- Check if your Base Unit is online.
- Check if the Remote button pairing service is enabled in the Base Unit WebUI (WiFi & Network > Services).
Manual start
- Plug a ClickShare Button into your USB port.
- Go to the USB drive and launch the ClickShare for Windows or Mac executable.
