Streaming music websites Soundcloud and Spotify are now accessible in Iran. Screenshot of a music channel based in Tehran called “Iran Music”. Iranian social media has been filled with celebratory posts since the sudden un-blocking of Soundcloud and Spotify music streaming services on October 17.
For these reasons, 47% of the users are 13-24 years old, according to statista.com. However, the Irvine Unified School District blocks play.spotify.com from all devices on campus. Websites are commonly blocked because its material can be found too violent, sexual, and distracting for students.
Often times when opening up the Spotify web player, a blank screen would appear because Flash wasn't allowed. Click on the icon on the left of the URL and hit “Allow.” The reason why it gets blocked is because work computers sometimes block Flash by default as a security setting in Google Chrome.
You can get Spotify for free, just signed up. However, the free plan limits you to shuffle play only, and you can't listen to some new music. Spotify offers three Premium plans: one for students at $4.99/month, one for individuals that costs $6.99/month, and a family plan (for up to 6 members) costing $14.99/month.

The reason is that the artist or their music label has likely decided to remove it from Spotify. The availability of music on Spotify is up to the artist and their music label. The songs/albums will still be shown in your playlists so you can keep track of them.First spotted by Mashable, Spotify has started including a small heart symbol and a blocked sign at the lower left corner of the desktop app interface when a song is playing in a Discover Weekly playlist. When users hover over the heart or blocked sign, a description overlay shows "Like" or "Don't like", respectively.
