Returning to NazjatarWhen you complete the Nazjatar intro quest line, a portal in Boralus and Dazar'alor will open, allowing you to teleport to the new hubs Mezzamere (Alliance) and Newhome (Horde). On the Horde side, the portal's located in the Hall of Ancient Paths near Oculeth.
As per the official patch notes, this quest becomes available after hitting level 120 and completing the quest Uniting Kul Tiras.
Enter Blackwing Descent at the top of Blackwing Mountain in the Burning Steppes and face the challenges that await to claim a corrupted prize. Return to the Chamber of Heart and speak with Wrathion to complete the quest and receive your new legendary cloak—Ashjra'kamas, Shroud of Resolve.
In order to unlock this zone, speak to Nathanos or Genn Greymane and accept the quest Send the Fleet (Alliance / Horde). You will also need to make sure that your character is eligible for the quest.
Gaining reputation with Valarjar is relatively simple—-quest through Stormheim to reach Honored, then complete World Quests in Stormheim at level 110 for additional reputation.
You must read the summons in the same room as the quest giver. A portal will appear behind him that will allow you to board the Skyfire. If you are like me and proactively hearth to Stormwind to read the summon, you will not be able to "board the Skyfire", even if you fly up to it.

Once you hit level 10 with your new character, you'll be able to “go back” to any previous expansion until you hit level 50 and begin the Shadowlands story.

Talk to Darion and he will open portal to The Icecrown Citadel, follow the stairs down and stand on the portal. You enter the Frozen Throne room and can turn in the quest.
Like every expansion, Shadowlands will add eight new dungeons at launch, with a new raid to unlock soon after. Four of those dungeons will be unlocked while leveling and an additional four will be unlocked after reaching the level cap. Shadowlands' second biggest feature is Torghast, Tower of the Damned.
