The CougarCard can be used at Pullman merchant locations near campus to purchase meals, snacks and even gas using Cougar CASH. You can also use Cougar CASH to pay for textbooks and school supplies at the Bookie.
It's your campus ID and so much more! CougarAccess is used as your Campus Meal Card, Library Card, Cougar Shuttle Pass, and Rec Center and building access. You can also gain access to all CSU sporting events. You can get your CougarAccess ID at the CSU Police Department.
The Replacement Card Kiosk is located on the ground floor of the CUB near the CougarCard office. The Replacement CougarCard Kiosk charges $20 for a replacement CougarCard and cannot produce Maxx cards. The replacement charge can only be paid with Cougar CASH.
To obtain your my UH ID :
- Go to my UH .
- Click on Help me with "my ID."
- Please read and accept the Terms and Conditions in order to proceed with the request.
- Fill in all required information fields and click continue.
- Answer the final verification question and submit your request.
Please schedule an appointment to pick up your replacement card our office, located in the Welcome Center Parking Garage, Suite 151.
Students: Access your eBill through MyCharleston, click on the Academic Services tab then open the eBill link. Go to the Deposits tab, select the current term and Cougar Cash or Dining Dollars. Enter the amount and preferred payment method. Confirm to process.
Students can load Cougar Cash onto their ID card via e-check in My Financial Center (mfc.byu.edu ). Students can also load Cougar Cash in a few clicks via the BYU app . Or students can sign up for Cougar Cash Direct. Direct allows a student to make purchases without loading funds first.
Money can be used at the Commons at the Cannon Center, the Cougareat and other dining locations, vending machines or to buy groceries at one of the Creamery locations.
Every student, faculty member and staff member is eligible to obtain a card with government issued photo identification. Your card is issued at the Service Center in Rendleman Hall, Room 1309.
ShastaBUCKS can be used at all residential and retail food locations, campus bookstores, printing labs, and beverage & snack vending machines. Once predetermined print allocations in your printing accounts are depleted, adding funds to your ShastaBUCKS account will ensure on-going printing privileges.
Cougar Bucks — An optional account that can be used for vending, laundry, printing, meals and at the Cougar Store, other places on campus and for off-campus vendors.
Is the SIUE Experience required? No, but it is highly encouraged that students attend all the events throughout the SIUE Experience in order to meet other students and learn how best to navigate campus.

- Enter your name (as submitted on your application for admission), birth date and SIUE student identification number (Please note: if you do not have a middle initial on file with the University, please leave that section blank)
Meal Plan A and B are 60/40 plans — 60% of the meal plan covers some of the operational costs of Dining Services. This includes but is not limited to labor, supplies, maintenance and utilities. Whenever meal plan participants purchase made-to-order items, the items are charged at 40% of retail cost.
If you attend SIUE:
- Students who live on campus can get a library card by showing a photo ID. We will verify your residency against the SIUE housing roster.
- If you live off campus see the guidelines above for those who live within and outside of the city limits.
