There are several options to pay your Prudential Life Insurance bills. You can either pay online at Prudential Life Insurance's website, or you can use Prism's mobile app to pay all your bills.
GCash
- Log in to your GCash.
- Tap the Pay Bills icon.
- Select Pru Life UK as biller.
- Enter your Policy Number and the Amount to pay.
- Confirm your payment.
Navigate to Online Payment via Prudential's Corporate Website (click here for the link) > Enter basic policy information > Read and agree on Terms & Conditions > Complete CASA or Debit/Credit Card details or Scan QR Code > Receive SMS/email confirmation upon successful of payment.
Credit Card
- Login to your PRUaccess.
- Select the Policy Number.
- Select E-Transaction for this policy.
- Select Change Payment Method to Credit Card.
- Enter your credit card details.
If you decide you want to stop automatic debit payments from your account: Call and write the company. Tell the company that you are taking away your permission for the company to take automatic payments out of your bank account.
Payment Modes for Service and Conservancy Charges (S&CC)
- Cash or NETS at HDB Branch Offices: Cash or NETS payment can be made for the current month of service and conservancy charges and advanced payment of up to 3 months at any HDB Branch Offices.

Perform instant payment for your DBS/POSB Credit Cards via digibank Online & digibank Mobile. Alternatively, other non-instant channels includes SMS Banking, Phone Banking, ATM, AXS, GIRO, Cheque and Cash Payments. Next working day (if payment is made before 4.55pm from Mon-Fri.)
AXS Payment Services is a new service for consumers to pay their miscellaneous bills on AXS payment channels: AXS Station (self-service kiosk) AXS e-Station (on desktop) AXS m-Station (on mobile) 2.
To make payment at an AXS station:
- Bring along your Payment Slip.
- Scan the bar code located at the bottom of the Payment Slip, or key in the Payment Slip No.. For payment of Individual Income Tax or Property Tax, you can enter your Tax Reference No.
- A receipt will be issued upon completion of the payment transaction.
After you complete the transfer, the money will be in your bank account in 7-10 business days. Please do not attempt to transfer money before the event takes place or your transfer request will be cancelled.
AXS m-Station is currently only available for download in Singapore. 7. Will I receive receipt after I complete my transaction? Yes, you can choose to receive an eReceipt of your successful transaction by entering your email address at the Payment Summary page, or set up your email address at "Menu" > "Settings".

- Pay Bills -> Insurance -> Aviva.
- Select "Individual Life/Health Insurance"
- Select "Policy No."
- Key in Policy No., Premium Amount and Contact No. as per the screen.
- Follow the steps on the screen to make payment accordingly.

You can pay by cheque or cash. It is easier to pay by cheque as it can be mailed. If you are using GIRO for your premium payment, you may also make repayment for your loan via the same GIRO account. The minimum loan repayment instalment is S$50.
PRUE-pay is a service or payment method which allows Prudential to credit payments to your bank account electronically. What are the benefits of PRUE-pay?
Please follow the steps listed below:
- Click “Payment”
- Select “Manage Favourite Payment”
- Click on “Bill Payment”
- Select one of the Payee Corporations from the drop-down list.
- Enter the necessary information and click “Next”
- Click “Request PAC Now”
- Enter your PAC.
- Click “Confirm”
Talk to your Prudential agent and get them to assist you. It shouldn't require more than a fax with your details (policy no., etc.) telling them you want to cancel. And yes, you might be required to surrender the policy document.
You can click on the 'Manage Future Recurring Payment' hyperlink under the Recurring Payment Maintenance module, select the recurring bill payment record by checking the checkbox and click [Cancel Payment].
