I love the white mode tweak via the jailbreak. Totally changed the way Spotify looks! The inbuilt EQ (or "Audio Effects" as it's called in the app) in spotify is essentially just a link to the Equalizer built into the ROM, if (as found in some Samsung & HTC devices) the EQ control is missing from the Android Settings then there is nothing for the Spotify to link to, as such it will remove the option.

Best EQ Settings for Drums
- 50-100 Hz boosts the kick drum.
- 500-3,000 Hz will boost your snare, depending on what model you're using.

If you must EQ, adjust by cutting frequencies. The most depressing thing is people who have the gain pushed on the eq to 9 on their expensive sound system. Set the eq to flat and turn up the receiver between 50–80% of total headroom. Set Spotify quality to highest.

- Go to the Google Play Music web player.
- Click Menu. Music Library.

Open up your Windows Firewall > "Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall" > "Change Settings" > "Allow another app…" If Spotify doesn't appear in the "app" lists, then it may be the foundamental reason why the playlist is stuck on "Waiting to Download". Your status should be Premium. If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. If it says Free, check the receipt we send to your email inbox.
