How do I install apps on my Samsung j5?

1. Unplug your television.
2. Sign out of the problematic application.
3. Uninstall the Application.
4. Check if your Samsung Smart TV is connected to the internet.
5. Check your router settings.
6. Review your streaming plan.
7. Make sure your TV has the most up-to-date firmware.
