If your event is cancelled, we'll automatically refund the credit card used for purchase* (usually within 30 business days of the cancellation announcement).
Once you complete a purchase, your order cannot be refunded. All sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges for tickets. If you have tickets you can't use, some events may permit you to transfer, share or even resell your tickets.

Overall, the whole AXS system is really cool. The shifting system won't make you faster, and it won't completely transform your bike's performance. It's tough to really justify, but it's hard to not want anyway. The dropper, on the other hand, is worth every penny.
How do I sell my tickets?
- Sign in to your account on AXS.com or in the AXS app.
- Click on the event under “Your Events.”
- Click “Sell Tickets” (which will appear if your ticket is resale eligible).
- Select tickets to list, enter your price, and set your listing options.
- Review the details and list your tickets.
FlashSeats is a paperless ticketing system used by AXS, and this is why they are listed as the same delivery method on our site.
Please make sure you're signed in to the same AXS account you used to buy the tickets. For some events, extra time is required to process and confirm all orders, but you'll still receive your tickets at least one week before your event.
You can also print your e-tickets from your AXS Account on AXS.com. From the "Your Events" section, find your event and click the printer icon to print your tickets.
From the AXS App
- Tap the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the event you would like to transfer tickets from.
- Tap "Transfer"
- Enter the recipients first name, last name, and email address.
- Tap 'Continue'
- Review the information and tap 'Transfer'
Flash Mobile Delivery is a mobile ticketing system, with tickets assigned directly to fans attending via The O2 app. This will eventually be the only way to enter an event at The O2. It will also allow you to enter events quickly by scanning a special type of QR code in The O2 app.
When you arrive at STAPLES Center, go to the appropriate entrance and present your Flash Seats® Mobile ID in your LA Clippers app, registered credit card or registered CA driver's license. A guest Service Representative will print seat locators which confirm your section, row, and seats.
Yes! You can add your ticket to Apple Wallet on your iPhone or save it to your Android phone from the order details page. This page shows you the QR code, time, and date of your show. On this page you will see "Add to Wallet" text (or "Save to Phone") on the top right of the screen.
AXS tickets are delivered within 24-48 hours of the event. After following the instructions provided, your tickets will be displayed as a digital barcode in the AXS app. The event staff will scan this digital barcode to let you and your party into the event.
