The following methods are your main options if you have Broadway tickets that you need to buy or sell.

You do not need to print out your confirmation voucher — a copy of the confirmation voucher on your mobile device is acceptable.

Can you bring shopping bags into a Broadway theatre? Yes- as long as they are small enough to fit under your seat or between your legs. Do not expect to store bags on a seat next to you or in the aisle, as both will not be permitted.
If you bought tickets for any affected performance at a box office with a credit card, your tickets have been refunded. You may also mail in your tickets for a refund to Telecharge, P.O. Box 998, Times Square Station, New York, NY 10108-0998.
The initial shutdown was scheduled to last until April 12, but officials have prolonged it incrementally as the pandemic continued to devastate the nation. On Monday, June 29, the Broadway League announced all theaters would remain dark through the end of the year, with tentative plans to reopen in early 2021.
If your event is cancelled, we'll usually issue a refund automatically. If your event is rescheduled or postponed, we'll need you to return any tickets you've received to our address below, and once we have them back we'll refund the face value plus the service charge onto your card.
If your event is postponed, the event organizer is still trying to reschedule your event; if they do, your tickets will remain good for the rescheduled date. If your event has been rescheduled, and the event's organizer is offering refunds, this option will be visible under the event in your Ticketmaster account.

It's curtains for London's West End until 2021 as 'Hamilton' and 'Les Misérables' remain closed.
The Phantom of the Opera to 'close permanently' on the West End amid coronavirus crisis. Producer Cameron Mackintosh says he and composer Andrew Lloyd Webber will also be closing touring productions of the musical, due to the government's ongoing coronavirus restrictions.
The show will still go on and is expected to continue running at the Piccadilly Theatre until at least early 2021 or longer. Many fans of the show are currently taking advantage of some low rates for the London Pretty Woman musical.
