What is Livi? An accredited NHS supplier, Livi is the service and technology delivery partner to the NHS, working with primary, community and acute providers across systems.
A Livi GP will be able to write you a fit note if there is no requirement for a physical examination to issue the note. The GP will provide information on the fit note during the consultation. For patients using the Livi pay-as-you-go service: It is up to each GP as to whether they feel a private fit note is suitable.
How Livi works. Sign up with a mobile or tablet and select our pay-as-you-go service. It's available to anyone living in the United Kingdom. Choose to see the next available GP – usually in minutes – or book up to 3 days ahead.
If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so in the Livi app. To do so, click into 'Home' in the app under 'Upcoming Meetings' click 'Cancel'.
How do I sign up on the Livi app?

Online GP provider Push Doctor has been rated 'good' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) after being found to be delivering unsafe care in previous reports. The latest report, published in June, found the provider had implemented previous advice on prescribing practice to bring them in line with national guidelines.
When can I recommend LIVI to patients? Any existing patients who are over 16 and currently listed with the practice. Parents can book appointments for their children who are older than 2 and less than 16 years old.
Most likely, yes! Some physicians prefer in-person visits, but many of our physicians offer telehealth visits. Even if your primary physician doesn't offer this service, you can choose to video chat with any of our other physicians who do!
