You can re-register for Secure2u on the new device at any time. During the registration, you will be prompted to deactivate the service from your old device. Alternatively, you may select “Me” (in the drawer menu of the Maybank2u MY App) > “Secure2u” to deactivate it.
Secure2u is a safer and convenient way to authorise transactions using Secure Verification (one-tap approval) and Secure TAC (6-digit TAC number generated on the mobile app). This feature is an alternative to SMS TAC and available via the Maybank app.

Can I change my mobile number for TAC on CIMB Clicks website? No. For security reason, your mobile number can only be registered at CIMB ATM (local mobile number) or updated via Customer Contact Centre at +603 6204 7788 (overseas mobile number).

If you wish to close your account, simply follow the steps below:
- Products > My Accounts > Current Balance > i.
- View your account details and Tap Other Action > "I'm Sure"
- Your account will close successfully.
To update your mobile number, simply follow the steps below:
- Tap Menu > Profile > Settings > Mobile Number.
- Input your new mobile number.
- Input the OTP sent to your new mobile number.
