How long is movie unplanned?
The MPAA says the R-rating on Unplanned was for “some disturbing/bloody images” and was in no way politically motivated. The MPAA told Pure Flix that the most problematic scene featured a doctor gazing at a computer screen that shows the image of a fetus as the abortion is completed.

Graphic content is all related to abortion, and it's very realistic and disturbing. Viewers see two "procedures": a surgical abortion and a chemical abortion (via RU486).
In court filings, Planned Parenthood noted that Johnson was put on a "performance improvement plan" four days before her resignation, and that she was then seen "removing items" from the clinic and copying "confidential files" and gave the home address and phone number of an abortion provider to Coalition for Life.
Mike Lindell, who invested $1 million in the production, has a cameo role in the movie, showing him bulldozing a Planned Parenthood clinic to clear a site for 40 Days for Life, a pro-life group.
