Your delivery charge will be refunded in some circumstances, for example if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags (e.g., shoes should be returned with the original shoe box). Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

With Precise they will be able to choose to accept the original delivery slot via the notification, or select their preferred delivery day and their specific one hour delivery slot via DPD's 'in-flight' options.
FURIOUS ASOS customers have been moaning about delays of up to two weeks on orders during the coronavirus pandemic. The fashion retailer is also refusing to give out any refunds for people who paid extra for faster delivery times.
If the status of your order is showing as 'order processing', it means that we're busy getting your order together ready to be sent out. During busy times, this status may show on your order for longer than normal.

If you return an item within 28 days of receiving it, we'll give you a full refund. If you decide to return something within 29 to 45 days of it being received, an ASOS gift voucher will be issued to you instead, and any Clearpay, Pay Later with Klarna or Pay Later in 3 with Klarna instalments will still apply.
According to Amazon, when a cancel order goes through, it takes minutes for a refund to be applied to the buyer's credit card. However, it may take 3-5 days for the relevant sum to appear on his or her credit card statement, while it can be up to ten business days for debit cards.
Get ASOS Premier DeliveryIf you're a regular ASOS shopper you should sign up to ASOS Premier Delivery. It's worth pointing out that ASOS Premium Delivery won't automatically renew after it expires, so you won't be caught out a year down the line like with some other delivery saver services.
