Verdict: Unsurprisingly Tangfastics, the not-so-distant relatives of Haribo Starmix, are slightly worse thanks to their added sugar surface. A real bad sweet for your teeth, we recommend sharing a share bag between four, with the calories coming in at under 200 calories a person instead.
Although most Haribo use pork or beef gelatine, a few of them use starch instead - but their classic Starmix, Tangfastics or Cola Bottles are strictly for meat eaters.

Haribo Tangfastics sweets are not suitable for vegans or vegetarians because they contain pork gelatine which is derived from the skin, bones, tendons and ligaments of pigs. They are also not halal.
And not forgetting the crafty Crocs in orange, apple, blackcurrant, lemon and strawberry flavours. Fizzy fruit flavour, cola flavour and sweet foam gums for an exciting tangy taste experience.

Fortunately, these are non-toxic to dogs; however, you might remember the popular product reviews for the sugar-free Haribo gummy bears – when eaten in larger quantities, these artificially-sweetened bears can cause significant gastrointestinal upsets and diarrhea.

Is Haribos vegan? Unfortunately, most Haribo products aren't suitable for vegans; this is due to the presence of gelatin in the manufacturing process.
The small jelly sweets, often found in the Tangfastic packets, were being mistaken by some to be the most random assortment of objects - and we are shook. Another person helpfully pointed out that Haribo themselves call the oddly shaped sweets 'dummies', as they sell them in individual packs.
