Kall Worthaton is the trike vendor for the Bilgewater Cartel, located in the Orgrimmar Embassy in Orgrimmar. Only goblins and Horde players exalted with the Bilgewater can buy from him.
Goblin: Revi Ramrod in Orgrimmar. Pandaren: Can train at any trainer of their faction. Paladins and warlocks: Both of these classes automatically get Apprentice Riding in order to access their class-specific mounts.
Found in Bloodhoof Village at 47,58, Harb sells the Kodo mounts. The Kodo Riding skill is required in order to use them. The level 40 (60% speed) mounts cost 80 gold but are discounted to 72 gold if you are at least honored with Thunder Bluff or if you are Rank 3 in PVP, and 64 gold if you have both discounts.

Blood Elves are initially able to ride Hawkstrider mounts. These mounts are purchasable from Winaestra outside of Silvermoon City.
As of patch 3.2. 0 you can take a zeppelin between the two cities. Thunder Bluff's departs from the northwestern dock on Spirit Rise; Orgrimmar's departs from the western dock of the western zeppelin tower atop the Orgrimmar Skyway. There is a road south from Thunder Bluff that T's at Bloodhoof Village.
There is still a portal to Thunderbluff in Zuldazar and there is the zeppelin in Orgrimmar as well. You should still be able to pay Darkmoon Fair Mystic Mages to teleport you to the fairground.
Since Worgens are just a Human Variant Race, they give horses. They have their own vendors near the Night Elf ones. The worgen mounts are sold by a little girl who is standing by the howling oak in Darnasus. They are the mountain horse and the swift mountain horse.
Faster and Fastest flying each have a base cost of 5,000 gold so if you are exalted with one of those cities, you save 1,000 gold for each higher level of flying. Other flying mounts tend to be either farmed, or purchased by reaching certain reputation levels with some faction.
If you are not a Gnome, you will also need to reach Exalted reputation with Gnomeregan Exiles. Mechanostrider mounts are only usable by Gnomes and Dwarves. There is no reason to obtain this riding skill if you are a Human or Night Elf.
If you are at least rank 3 in PvP, you get 10% discount on all mounts of your faction. Mounts are linked when used, which means that you can trade them or sell them to other players (who would not have a discount, for example).
Night Elves are initially able to ride Saber mounts. These mounts are purchasable from Lelanai in Darnassus. The regular mounts come in three forms.
Purchase a flying mount from the flight trainer. If you are in the Horde, visit Orgrimmar and purchase a Windrider. You can't fly until level 90 for Pandaria. Most Pandarian mounts also require a certain type of skill, such as the Cloud Serpent skill.
You can obtain this ranking by reaching a rating of 1400 through competing in 2v2, 3v3, or 10v10 arenas and battlegrounds. (ii) Once you've reached Combatant ranking you must win further matches in the same season, until your progress bar reaches 100% (2400 points). You'll then receive the mount.
Veron Amberstill <Ram Breeder> This NPC can be found in Dun Morogh (2).
The Orgrimmar Skyway is an unnamed sub-zone inside the orc city of Orgrimmar. It consists of two zeppelin towers, a flight master, a riding trainer, a flying mount vendor and several Orgrimmar Skyway Peons. It was built after the Cataclysm to adapt the city to flying mounts.
If you want to buy a flying mount, go near the flight master. If you want to buy a ground mount, you'll need to fly out to the Easternmost flight point in Elwynn Forest, and a vendor sells human racial mounts (horses).
The epic mount will cost you around 900 gold and it's going to take some discipline in order for you to save gold and make your big purchase.
Vicious Saddle is rewarded to players who have completed Grievous Combatant/Grievous Combatant in Season 14--win 100 arena games OR 40 RBGs, no rating involved. For Alliance players, Vicious Saddle can be redeemed at Necrolord Sipe for either Reins of the Vicious War Steed or Reins of the Vicious Warsaber.
0 (patch date:2005-03-07): Deathcharger's Reins can now be used by Tauren.
It will be really tough to give you an estimate since it varies by week and by server, but at minimum you should expect 4+ hours casual PvP or 2-4 hours try-hard PvP (i.e. decent premade) for at least 2 months, assuming you're starting at Rank 0-2.
Reaching the levels of 20, 40, 60 and 70 provide access to a new type or speed of mount in World of Warcraft (WoW). While a few of the mounts can be earned, purchased outside of the game or awarded to only specific classes, most characters in WoW will be buying their first mounts.
You can purchase these mounts from Zjolnir <Raptor Handler> in Sen'jin Village in Durotar so long as your character has riding skill of 75 (obtainable at level 20). If you are playing as any race other than a Troll, you will also need to have Exalted reputation with the Darkspear Trolls.
Blizzard is the only legitimate source of gold, through the WoW token, and tokens cannot be bought in Classic. If you buy gold, you are buying it through third parties, and you are breaking the terms of service, risk banning, and are a terrible person.
