Is there a charge for 0800 numbers? Calls to numbers beginning 0800 and 0808 are free from all landlines and mobiles. Yep, free! However, numbers such as 0844, 0845, 0870 and 0871 are more costly to ring, whether you're calling from a landline or mobile.

If you're a consumer or small business customer, calls to 0800, 0808 and 116 numbers are free from your mobile and landline. Many organisations use 03 numbers such as 0300, 0344 or 0345 as an alternative to more expensive 084 and 087 numbers. Calls to 03 numbers will cost no more than a call to a 01 or 02 number.

As far as the call cost is concerned, the charge for the calls made to 0345 numbers is no more than the national call rate to 02 or 01 numbers. Moreover, 0345 numbers count towards any inclusive minutes just the way 01 or 02 calls do.
When calling a 0345 number on O2 it is charged exactly the same as if you were phoning a number starting with 01 or 02. All phone numbers starting with 0345 are charged as part of all inclusive minutes on a contract or sim-only deal and are charged at 30 pence a minute if on Pay-As-You-Go.

0203 numbers are free to call, and uk landline and mobile number is free to call, just be wary of premium numbers. sometimes companies can put charges on to call these numbers so sometimes it's worth putting into google to see if it's freephone.

The important thing to note is that 0300 numbers are regulated in the same way as local numbers that start 01 or 02. It doesn't cost you any more to call an 0300 number than an 01 or 02 number. However, outside these deals, calls to an 0300 number from a mobile can cost from 3p per minute to 40p per minute.
It means your phone can be used to make calls to the standard landlines and mobile numbers with an unlimited cap.

Calls to 03 and 070 numbers cost the same as other standard fixed line numbers starting 01 or 02, and are included in your minutes and texts as part of your tariff.
0345 numbers are non-geographic numbers (NGNS) used by many large organisations. 03 numbers such as 0330, 0333, 0345 and 0370 are included in your monthly landline or mobile minutes. Otherwise, 0345 numbers are charge at a local rate (the same call charge as to a 01 or 02 number).
No calls to 0345 numbers are not free. However they tend to be included in call packages as numbers you are able to call without paying extra charges. All numbers that start with 03, 01 and 02 are usually charged at the same standard landline rate.
On O2 you will pay 55p per minute if you are on a Pay Monthly contact and 45p per minute if you are on a pay as you go contract. You will be charged a minimum of 1 minute per call.
Calls to 03 numbers will cost the same as calls to landline numbers, and will be included as part of any inclusive call minutes or discount schemes for geographic calls.
Good news! 0345 numbers are free to call on EE. They are charged at the standard local rate, which means that if you have a contract with EE or are using Pay As You Go, these numbers are included within your price plan, and you can use your minutes to call them at no extra charge.
If you decide to switch to another network, you'll need to request a PAC code if you want to keep your phone number, or a STAC code if you'd like a new number. You can request your code by giving us a call on 202, signing in to My O2, or: Texting PAC to 65075, for free, if you want to keep your phone number.
