Call of Duty Season 6 launches on October 6 and 7 in Cold War and Warzone, respectively.
It's official, Call of Duty: Vanguard is this year's CoD and it's coming in November 2021. Given the unwavering annual release schedule of Call of Duty titles, this is hardly surprising. But what we are pleasantly surprised by is that the series is returning to a World War 2 setting.
Based on the current Season 6 Battle Pass, the next season is set to go live on or around December 2, 2021.
Activision went on to confirm that Warzone and Cold War Season 5 had been officially delayed by 24 hours due to a “testing issue that was discovered earlier this week.†Players will now have to wait to experience everything coming to both games in Season 5 when the new period of content launches on August 12/13.
A new Ricochet anti-cheat system is arriving in both Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Vanguard. The system will use a combination of a PC kernel-level driver, machine learning algorithms to examine player behavior, and a “team of dedicated professionals†working to investigate cheaters.
The Black Ops - Cold War: Warzone Season 6 release date is Thursday, October 7th.
Slums Map Description:Slums is a multiplayer map featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. It was added on August 13, 2021, as part of the free content included in the Season Five update.
First leaked by @DeclassifiedCOD Echelon is a brand-new 6v6 map set on the rooftop of some kind of facility. The video shows the layout of the map, including several rooms that look ideal for hectic close-quarters engagements with the opposition.
Season six will begin next week. Treyarch has revealed a bunch of new details about their final Zombies map for Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War, including its title, logo, and its release date. The new map will be arriving in a week along with the start of the game's sixth season.

This brings us to what exactly this new content beyond the initial six seasons will look like. When everything is all said and done with the first year of content, Cold War will have around half or so of the original maps from Black Ops 2 remastered in it.
Season 5 Reloaded of Warzone includes the continuation of the Season 5 Battle Pass, a new 50v50 TDM style mode in Verdansk, new Operators, and more events to come across the game.
Echelon Map Description:Echelon is a multiplayer map featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. It was added on August 13, 2021, as part of the free content included in the Season Five update. It is a medium-sized map designed for 6 vs 6 battles.
You can unlock the ZORK terminal in the Black Ops Cold War campaign, much like the original Black Ops game. Additionally, you'll unlock an arcade cabinet with classic Activision games like Pitfall and Chopper Command that you can play directly in the game.
K-84, D.I.E. Shockwave, and CRBR-S are all available to obtain in Black Ops Cold War's Zombies Outbreak mode through various means. They all feature in all of Cold War's key Zombies maps – Die Maschine, Firebase Z, and Mauer der Toten.
During Thursday's announcement stream for Call of Duty: Vanguard, Activision revealed that the Sledgehammer-developed game will feature a Zombies mode made by Treyarch. Treyarch's latest Zombie content was for Black Ops Cold War, which it also developed. Call of Duty: Vanguard will be released on Nov.
Treyarch has added a new vehicle to Outbreak in Black Ops Cold War Season 5. The Outbreak Zone is getting a new vehicle and that vehicle is a Tank. Yep. Tanks are coming to Outbreak.
Players will be able to jump into and experience everything the Cold War Forsaken Zombies map has to offer on October 7, 2021.
Zombies players will also have new Operator Missions to take on, as well as new Weapon Unlock Challenges available at the start of Season Five, including the new Cane melee weapon, plus the C58 assault rifle and MG 82 LMG in case you missed out on them in the Season Four Battle Pass.
The Zombies developer has revealed the official name for the fourth round-based map. The map will be called "Forsaken."
The good news is that the Cold War Outbreak Easter Egg radio you need appears in a fixed location across all five maps.
Submachine Gun Charlie (MW) is the Modern Warfare MP5, a weapon that has been in Warzone since day one. This SMG received a major change on August 16, with its maximum damage reduced from 34 to 31, while its range was decreased by 5.4 percent.
Beginning 10am PT today, September 3, and running until the same time on September 7, players can get Double XP across all modes. Season Five Reloaded arrives in Black Ops Cold War on September 7 and Warzone on September 8.

The new Warzone update will be 52.4GB on PC, or an even more whopping 133.6GB if you also still have Modern Warfare installed. This massive update features “enhancements to the overall content management system†including “data optimization and streamlining content packsâ€.
