Turning ON or OFF Mobile Data and Data Roaming
- Tap on applications icon.

Steps to Activate International roaming through MyJio
- On the MyJio home screen Tap on “Activate ISD/Intl Roaming”
- Tap on “Activate” You will see a message that “Your request for IR has been submitted successfully along with a Reference Number”

First of all please check the network setting and try to select home network manually. In case it still show the same, please remove the SIM and reinsert the same again, restart the mobile. If you're connected to any network that is not your home network, it's considerd roaming.
Switch off your Router and restart it after 60 seconds. This method could fix the issues when you have a problem with the OFC connector, although you can try this method once. Call Jio Customer care with the number given by the employee when the Jio was set-up.
-Make sure that the Jio sim is inserted in the sim slot 1 because most of the devices have VoLTE support on primary slot. -In most of the cases a reboot might help. -Put the sim in any other VoLTE supported device and check if the sim works. If yes, then it could be an issue with your device.
