Start or join a Zoom meeting. The meeting automatically begins in Speaker View and you can see your own video. Right-click your video to display the menu, then choose Hide Myself. You no longer see the video of yourself, even though others in the meeting can see the video of you.

- Start or join a meeting. By default, the Zoom mobile app displays the Active Speaker View.
- Swipe left from the active speaker view to switch to Gallery View.
- Swipe right to the first screen to switch back to active speaker view.
Troubleshooting Microphone IssuesEnsure the microphone is not on mute. If you see the muted Audio icon in the meeting controls, tap it to unmute yourself: If you are still muted, the host may have muted you upon entering the meeting. Ask to be unmuted by sending a chat message to the host.
If your friends are seeing a black screen when you share Netflix movie or TV show with them, here's a fix for it. Open the Zoom's Desktop client, and go to Settings. Now, click Video > Advanced. Now, disable all the three checkboxes related to hardware acceleration.
Start Video / Stop Video: Turns your camera on or off. Video Controls (click the ^ arrow next to Start Video / Stop Video): Change cameras if you have multiple cameras, select a virtual background (if enabled), or access your full video settings.
1. Check if Participant Screen Sharing is Enabled for the Zoom Room. Sometimes you're not able to screen share because the host disabled “screen sharing by participants” for that particular meeting. By default, this setting is usually disabled and only allows the host to screen share.

- You will need to open the camera or webcam app, go with your mouse to the lower right corner of the screen and click (left click) on Settings.
- From the Options menu you have in front of the screen you can adjust the settings of the webcam according to your needs.
Controlling a Remote CameraTo remotely control another camera: Start or join a meeting. Tap the Manage Participants icon to display the list of meeting participants. Tap the name of the participant whose camera you want to control, then choose Request Camera Control.
Android. To access settings, click the Settings (gear) icon. This will open the Settings menu. Click on your name and email address to edit some basic profile settings or sign out from the Zoom app.
In your Zoom meeting, click on the "Mute" icon in the bottom left corner. Note: A hotkey can also be used to enable/disable microphone. Press ALT + A to enable/disable the microphone.
Tap anywhere on the screen, except the keyboard or navigation bar. Drag 2 fingers to move around the screen. Pinch with 2 fingers to adjust zoom. To stop magnification, use your magnification shortcut again.
Change camera settingsOpen the Camera app. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then select Settings. Select Options. Adjust the settings for each option.
In Zoom, you can add a secondary camera feed using the Screen Share menu. Log into your Zoom meeting, and click the Screen Share button. Click the Advanced tab. Choose Content from 2nd Camera.
How to zoom your webcam in the Camera app from Windows 10. Both in photo and video mode, the Camera app lets you zoom your webcam in or out. To do that, click or tap on the Zoom button and use the slider that shows up to adjust the zoom level of the webcam.
On an Android phone, open the settings app, tap Apps & Notifications, then click See all app. Scroll until you see Zoom and tap on it. Select Uninstall to delete Zoom.
