Adjust the appearance and performance of WindowsIn the search box on the taskbar, type performance, then select Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows in the list of results. Riot Games has confirmed that maintenance will last around five hours and will mean that the game will be unplayable during that time. The development team has also revealed when the League of Legends will start, with Riot Games planning on taking down servers today at 10:30am GMT.

League is very fun and rewarding. It's definitely the most fun game I've continually played without just feeling like a timesink. The only time I've ever felt frustrated or 'over' the game was when it was my only hobby or activity in my life or when I gave attention to the flamers and let that get to me.

- Go to Applications, right-click or Ctrl + click your League of Legends application and select “Show Package Contents”

- The user kernel will then launch in your taskbar and begin to update your patcher.

How do I install League of Legends (LoL) on a computer?
