The best tier 2 tank is the Cruiser m.k III. Altough almost all t2 tanks are a statpadders dream with good crews, this one is way above the competition. Its lightning fast, has a clip that kills other T2-s in a 1 second burst, and altough lightly armored you still [edited]ricochet half the automeme shells fired at you.
The best tier 6 tank. T-34-85 is a very well balanced medium, definitely my favorite tier6 vehicle. The KV-85 would be the best choice due to the fact you get the same gun choices as the IS which is at tier 7. The IS is a very good Heavy tank and the IS-3 is too.
The T67 tank destroyer is considered one of the best tier 5 tank. It has very good camo, gun stats, DPM, mobility and as a TD it even has a TURRET! You can even play the roles of light and mediums when you really need to carry the game…
Panzer III/IV has great armor and mobility, and the gun is quite punchy at its tier. T-34 is very mobile, and while its armor isn't the best, can easily troll bounces due to its crazy slopes. The 57mm gun, which you should mount, is completely insane, with crazy DPM and great gun handling and penetration.
Maus is the best tier 10 tank , No tank can influence games and dominate games like a Maus .
2. - WZ-120 G-FT: By far the most OP premium tank at tier VIII, this tank has it all: DPM, Gun Handling, Alpha Damage, mobility, Armor. You can be too aggressive and still not get punished. even as a tier IX tank it can be competitive.
All in all, the IS is not a typical heavy tank, and should not be played as an assault tank. Instead, it is an opportunist brawler. As such, it is a monster in tier VII matches and still a force to be reckoned with in tier VIII.
